Shipping and returns

We send every order tracked within Australia, in 2–4 business days. When your parcel is on its way, we'll email you the tracking link. Shipping is added at checkout.

We don't ship overseas yet. Tell us where you are and we'll let you know when we do.

Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. Prices are in Australian dollars. To see them in your own currency, choose it from the Currency menu at the foot of the page: you pay exactly the amount you see, in that currency.

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please read the measurements and condition notes closely, and ask us if anything is unclear. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a piece arrives with a fault we didn't show you, or isn't as described, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
